Parrot Homes is a custom home builder that builds a limited
number of homes each year and has won ten Parade of Homes
awards in the past. The company has been given a five star
rating as one of the best builders in Florida by Florida
Home Builder. In addition, Parrot Homes has been featured
in many publications including Professional Home Builder,
Central Florida Magazine, Luxury Homes, Orlando Magazine,
Today Paper, and Florida Home Builder.
Jonathan Parrot went to prep school at Milton Academy near
Boston. He started the building industry in 1978 as a laborer
and worked as a carpenter, trim carpenter, as well as a
punch out man for various builders fixing all aspects of
construction including plumbing, electrical, roofing, etc.
Mr. Parrot is experienced in all aspects of construction.
Parrot Homes built the private residence for the Nierenbergs
in Suntree, a 25,000 sf home which has been appraised as
the most expensive home in Brevard County and was featured
on the cover of Showcase Magazine. Parrot Homes builds
in some of Brevard's most prestigious communities such
as Lansing Island, Tortoise Island, The Cloisters and The
Sanctuary. |
